Finance Committee Meeting
Last Wednesday of the month, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
The Finance Committee is an advisory committee that helps the Board of Elders in its oversight of the finances of the church. The committee meets monthly and reviews the latest finanical statements and other information generated by the Finance Department. it also reviews the annual budget and independent audit. The committee makes recommendations and proposals to the elders on all the above. It also is available to research and report on any special topics that the board wants expert finanical advise on.
Currently, the committee is comprised of the following men and women:
- Joe Harn, Chairman (also member of the elder board)
- Mark McClanahan (also member of the elder board)
- Bruce Whitehead
- Chuck Wilson
- Ben Alford
- Louise Morgan
- Tommy Shelton (Executive Pastor)
- Joan Curry (Finance Director)
