Student Ministries

Welcome to Fellowship Student Ministries (FSM) where our mission is to partner with families to lead students in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

  • Our Junior High Ministry (JAG) includes 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.
  • Our Senior High Ministry (HSM) includes 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students.

SUNDAY MORNINGS- This is a time for corporate worship and relevant Bible teaching.  FSM (JAG and HSM) meets at 11am on the 2nd floor in the Student Center.  With the help of a student-led band, we have a time of worship.  Our age-appropriate experience gives students an opportunity to invite their friends to corporately engage in praising God’s name.  After that, JAG and HSM break out for small groups and teaching time.

SMALL GROUPS- During the week, FSM students participate in small groups.  High School Area Bible Study meets on week nights at different homes throughout the Metroplex. These ABS groups are gender and location specific and provide high school students a chance to go deeper in community and with God.  Junior High Small Groups meet on Sunday mornings and are divided by gender and grade level.  Each group creates an environment for the students to dive into God’s Word together under the guidance of a godly, responsible adult.

RETREATS- FSM retreats provide a time to withdraw from a busy Dallas life to glorify God, go deeper in His Word and grow in relationships with fellow students. 

MISSIONS- FSM Mission Trips are unique because they are a spiritual exploration and a pilgrimage.  They provide an opportunity for students to step out in faith and to progress in their personal journey with God.  Organized by grade levels, there are various trips planned each summer. The goal is to share Christ’s sacrificial love by putting others first through service. 

JAG OVERTIME- From 12:30 to 2:00pm on the last Sunday of the month, the junior high ministry gathers for JAG Overtime. This event includes lunch, a time to go deeper into God’s Word and a time to hang out with their leaders and fellow students.

PARENT BROWN BAG LUNCHEON- Coinciding with JAG Overtime, we offer a time for parents to fellowship together. This challenging season of raising teens requires a supportive community to share struggles and successes.  Bring a lunch for this interactive time with fellow parents and Fellowship staff. (Not a lecture format)
